Style Ray Garments (Wholesale)

Style Ray Garments operates strictly as a wholesale garments manufacturer and supplier. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

✅ Eligible for Return

Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects in the product

• Wrong product, wrong size, or wrong color delivered

• Major damage such as cuts or tears found at the time of delivery

📌 Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos or videos as proof.

❌ Not Eligible for Return

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind, unsold stock, or customer preference issues

• Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery

• Clearance or discounted wholesale items

• Any complaint made after 24 hours of delivery

🔄 Return Process

• Once a return is approved, the product must be sent back to our address

• Return courier charges will be borne by the buyer, unless the mistake is from our side

• After inspection, we will provide replacement or order adjustment

• Cash refunds are not applicable for wholesale orders
